Dan Holland (left) becomes the first "Life time" member of the WCRC by handing over a $200 check to WCRC Treasurer Jason Britton... And who's that lurking behind...oh that's Kevin McCollester stealing the spotlight...again!  Dues will go up to $20 a year and are different according to when you join during the year.
